The 5-IN-1 All Purpose Cleaner is safe on most surfaces, including tile, glass, stainless steel, sealed countertops and most floors. Please avoid using this product on natural stone, polished wood or some painted surfaces. This product is as safe as using white vinegar but can damage if used improperly. When using at higher concentrations, be sure to rinse the product or wipe away any product residue with damp cloth to avoid damage on metal surfaces, wipe or polish surface with microfiber cloth for best results.

No! We do NOT guarantee perfect results if you have any issues due to lack of maintenance. Some surfaces (like glass shower surfaces) can be etched permanently from the minerals in the water. Our product can remove buildup when used as directed in stronger concentration for stubborn hardwater, along with using 0000 steel wool should give the best results. However, if you have tried other products and these methods without luck, most likely this is the case. We are confident this product will get the job done, but it will not reverse permanent damage.
